These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all agreements and business relationships between you (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) and LERÉGAN Sàrl (hereinafter referred to as “LERÉGAN”, “LERÉGAN Zurich”, “we”, or “us”). By using our website or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, as well as communication, appointment booking, and the purchase of our products.

LERÉGAN Zurich provides information, individual consultations, a newsletter, and the option to schedule appointments via this website. Product sales are conducted exclusively by personal appointment and individual request. No direct online sales are offered. A binding contract is concluded only after written confirmation by LERÉGAN Zurich. All information provided on this website serves informational purposes only and does not constitute a legal offer.

2. Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked via Calendly. Please provide accurate information. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at any time. Booking an appointment does not constitute a purchase agreement.

3. Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive information about our products and services. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter or by contacting us directly.

6. Legal Requirements & Compliance

The sale of our ballistic products is subject to national and international legal regulations. LERÉGAN Zurich explicitly reserves the right to refuse a sale if legal, compliance-related, or safety requirements are not met. Customers are responsible for complying with local laws. International shipping may be subject to export restrictions. It is s the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper use and compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. We recommend a personal consultation prior to purchase.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the individualized nature and safety relevance of our products, they are excluded from return and exchange (in accordance with Art. 40f CO). By placing an order, you expressly agree to this exclusion.

8. Delivery Times

Our products are made to order. The standard delivery time is 10 to 12 weeks after order confirmation. Please note that due to high demand, additional waiting time may apply, especially if a waiting list is in place. Delays may also occur due to regulatory approvals, material availability, waiting lists, or export procedures. No claims for damages may be made in case of delivery delays.

9. Governing Law / Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

10. Payment Terms

Payment is accepted exclusively via bank transfer.

11. Safety Information & Disclaimer of Liability Regarding Protective Performance

Our products are designed for personal protection and equipped with certified ballistic inserts tested to international standards (e.g., NIJ Standard 0101.06). The protective performance is limited to specifically defined threat scenarios (such as certain calibers and impact angles).

Please note:

• Full protection is only ensured when the vest is worn correctly and used in accordance with the product specifications.

• The ballistic insert must be regularly inspected for integrity and proper positioning. Visible damage or wear may compromise protection.

• Ballistic components must not be washed, bent, or exposed to extreme heat or humidity for extended periods.

• A ballistic vest does not replace medical treatment and does not prevent all potential injuries (e.g., blunt force trauma).

LERÉGAN assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or legal consequences resulting from improper use, failure to follow care instructions, negligence, or use beyond the intended purpose.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on our website.

Our products are conceived in Zurich and manufactured in Paris. Each vest is made to order and meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
